Everyone always wants more space but doesn't necessarily want to move house. A garage conversion can be a great way to cost-efficiently add space to your property.

With this project, we decided to open up the entrance vestibule to give access to the proposed new bedroom. A raised floor in the garage allows for a flush floor level into the new internal space, giving it the feeling that it was always part of the main house. The new window replacing the garage door will mirror the opposite window.
