Canaan Consulting are committed to providing a value for money service to all of our clients. We pride ourselves in delivering a premium architectural service at a fair and competitive rate.

Our fees are individually tailored to your project and will be calculated with a number of factors in mind, some of which are outlined below.

  • Overall project value

  • Architetural service required (Scheme design, full service, and anything in-between)

  • Use class (e.g Residential, Education, Leisure etc.)

  • New build project or Works to an Existing Building

  • Works to Historic/ Listed Buildings

  • Scope of Works

  • Complexity of Works

  • Project Location

Other fees to consider.

Almost all construction projects will incur statutory fees set by the local goverment authorites. These will vary depending on the nature of the project and it is important to note that our architectural fees are exclusive of any statutory fees.
